New YSRCP Bheemunipatnam Coordinator Botcha Anusha vows to bring Jagan back to power in 2029

Newly appointed Bheemunipatnam Congress Party (YSRCP) constituency coordinator Botcha Anusha said she will work to develop the constituency, home to the second oldest village in the country, into a world-class area with the support of the party cadre and people.

Ms. Anusha, daughter of YSRCP MLC Botcha Satyanarayan, addressed the party cadre at a meeting held at PM Palem in Visakhapatnam on Monday (October 5, 2026). It was her first interaction with the party cadre after being appointed as the constituency coordinator.

Seeking cadre support, she said the YSRCP and its president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy should return to power in the 2029 assembly elections.

“People may come and go in a political party, but the cadre remains its strength,” she said, assuring party workers that she would visit the constituency regularly, meet the cadre and the public and understand their problems.

Ms. Anusha said she was determined to strengthen the party organization in Bheemunipatnam and work closely with the grassroots cadre. She said her connection with the constituency was also personal as her grandfather started a business in Bheemunipatnam.

She said she has bought a flat in Rushikonda and will stay there, close to the party cadre and people of the constituency, as she wants to remain accessible while working to develop the constituency.

Taking aim at the NDA government in the state, Ms. Anusha alleged that its much-hyped ‘Super Six’ promises have failed to be fulfilled and several assurances made to the people are yet to be implemented.

YSRCP leaders Kurasala Kannababu and Gudivada Amarnath along with MLC Botcha Satyanarayana also addressed the meeting. They said the appointment of Ms. Anusha as Bheemunipatnam Constituency Coordinator will strengthen the party organization and help consolidate the cadre in the constituency.
