Space Meetings Veneto 2026: Nine Indian space startups sign several strategic collaborations in Italy

Nine Indian space technology companies, which were part of the Indian National Space Support and Authorization Center (IN-SPACe) led delegation, signed several partnerships and collaborations at the recently held Space Meetings Veneto 2026 in Venice, Italy.
The Indian delegation also held strategic talks with the Italian Space Industry Study Group to explore opportunities for deeper trade and technology cooperation between the two countries.
IN-SPACe, a one-stop agency for all private space sector activities, said nine Indian space technology companies, including Astrogate Labs, Astrobase Space Technologies, VyomIC, Suhora, Kepler Aerospace Ltd, Hyspace Technologies, TakeMe2Space, Jarbits Pvt Ltd and Dhruva Space, joined the delegation, with several partnership and collaboration announcements made during the visit.
Key Partnerships
Key developments include Karnataka-based Astrobase Space Technologies signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Impulso Space to support customer access and explore launch opportunities through integrated mission management and launch service networks.

Kepler Aerospace has signed a framework agreement with Apogeo Space to expand its global Ground Station as a Service (GSaaS) infrastructure and strengthen satellite cooperation between India and Europe. The partnership will further explore joint opportunities across CubeSat systems, payload technologies, satellite infrastructure and missions.
During the event, VyomIC showcased its technologies and announced a strategic collaboration aimed at building next-generation navigation and resilient infrastructure technologies.
India’s space capabilities

More importantly, this year’s commitments have translated into meaningful strategic partnerships between Indian and international space companies. The agreements signed by Astrobase Space Technologies, Kepler Aerospace and VyomIC highlight the increasing competitiveness and global readiness of Indian space enterprises, which are committed to a global presence in India. This visit follows the visit of the Italian aviation delegation to India in 2025.
IN-SPACe said that in line with the India-Italy Joint Strategic Action Plan 2025-2029 announced during the 2024 G20 Summit, a bilateral meeting was also held which will result in enhanced strategic cooperation between the two countries.
