The Tiranga Yatra celebrations were eliminated in Bagalkatot. BJP organized a gathering to celebrate the success of the Sindoor Operation against the terrorist camps in Pakistan.
The procession began from the Bilur Gurubasava temple in BVV Sangha and arrived in Basaveshware Circle through the veterinary hospital, Tenginath, Police Chowk, VallaBhbhai Chowk and Mg. Road.
Young men and women carried the main streets of the city 300 feet high tricolorical flag.
Prabhu Swamiji of Charantimath addressed the crowd and said India had fulfilled her commitment to eradicate terrorism. “Our soldiers performed the Sindoor Operation and precise punches for terrorist shelters. They need to be praised,” he said.
The Polkteshwar Swamiji of Gouledagudda Partatshwar Mutt said that India had sent her enemies a message that they couldn’t easily forget now.
“I feel that the soldiers published on the border are important. Everyone should have respect for our soldiers,” he said.
The procession was attended by former servants, lawyers, Rotary Club members, members of Akkana Balaga and students. They raised slogans like “Bolo Bharat Mat Ki Jai” and “Jai Jawan Jai Kisan”.
