Karimnagar railway station has undergone a complete transformation with modern passenger equipment, said the Minister of the Union for Bandi Sanjay.
For the modernization of the Karimnagar railway station as part of the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme (ABS), the amount of 33.3 Crore 33.3 Crore was stored, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to introduce 102 railway stations, in virtual regime on May 22.
Among them is Karimnagar one of the three railway stations (Begumpet, Warangal and Karimnagar) from Telangana, noted.
Mr. Sanjay said that with reporters after visiting the rebuilt Karimnagar railway station, he said on Sunday evening that Jammikunta station would soon be modernized.
He said: “Modernization work is carried out at 40 railway stations in Telangana with an expenditure of 2,000 crore. In Karimnagar, two MMTS platforms, escalators, legs, AC waiting, food courts and other facilities were developed under Abs.”
He claimed that more than 32,940 GBP was spent on the development of railways in Telangana. “This year alone, 5,336 GBP Crore was assigned. Secunderabad and the railway stations in the state capital are rebuilt at the estimated cost of 750 Crore and 350 Crore.
He said that these developmental works speak for themselves. “We are ready to publish a white book about how much money the center was assigned to the development of Telangana,” he said.
Mr. Sanjay said that work on the road above the bridge (Rob) in the Teegalaguttapalli in Karimnagar will be accelerated to complete the Rob at a specified time.
An expressing displeasure over the delayed progress of Rob Works in Uppal, Jammikunt Mandal, said the suppliers concerned were issued to the instruction to complete the one -off works by June this year.
In the tragic incident in Gulzar Houz in Hyderabad, he said the death of 17 people and said Prime Minister Narendra Modi immediately replied and announced help.
