The Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among those who wished former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowd on his 92nd birthday on Sunday.
“The birthday wish to our former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda. He is widely respected for his state approach and passion towards public service. His wisdom and knowledge of several questions are a source of great power. It can be blessed by a long and healthy life,” Modi said on the X -Social Media platform.
His son and Minister of Trade Unions for Industry and HD steel HD Kumaraswamy said that veteran leader, who is also Janata giving (secular) national president, was his inspiration and strength to do social work.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah also took X to wish a non -Agenarian leader. The opposition leader in the Assembly Ashok Ashok met with the former Prime Minister in his residence and greeted him.
Among other things, he wanted him to be the Minister of the Interior of the Union Amit Shah, Loka spokesman Sabha Om Birla, Chief Minister Andhra Pradesh N. Previously, on the day, the former Prime Minister visited Turumal and said it was a practice to visit Tirumala 18 May every year since 1986.
The veteran manager also visited the party office on Sunday afternoon after his return from Tirumala, where he was welcomed by workers and leaders. As part of the celebration, he also cut the cake.
