
Weather in Delhi: The rain in parts of Delhi and the region of the capital (NCR) on Tuesday brought relief from the burning heat.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow warning for northern India and national capital.
“Thunderstorm/Lightning was accompanied by impact winds (30-50 km/h) in isolated places above Jammu & Kashmir, Haryan, Chandigarh, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan,” IMD said.
For the national capital, the regional meteorological department of the IMD predicted: “Partially cloudy sky. Very light rain/ storm/ flash and gusty winds (speed 30- 40 km/ h) temporarily reach up to 50 km/ h during a storm.”
Meanwhile, IMD said that over the next 03 days there would be a gradual rise in maximum temperatures of 02-04 ° C and then no major change above the planes of Northwest India.
