The cricket team in England announced its White-ball team against West Indies on Tuesday, May 13, because Will Jacks described his return to the National Party. All teams are ready to play three ODIs and so many T20is starting from May 29 in Edgbaston. The series will mean the beginning of the possession of Captain Harry Brook, who will take over the management of duties from Jos Buttler to the English immediate run at the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Liam Dawson refers to his return to the T20i side for the first time since September 2022. The versatile recorded 57 runs and folded six in 11 matches. Luke Wood’s left shoulder also returned to the T20is, which last performed in the team in September 2023.
On the other hand, Will Jacks marks his return in ODI and T20i after Missing The India Tour and The Champions Trophy at the beginning of this year. Spinner Tom Hartley also refers to his return to ODIS when he last represented a country in format against Ireland in September 2023.
Meanwhile, Brook will have the task of changing English wealth, especially in ODI cricket. The three lions slipped to the eighth place in the latest updates of the ranking and between 4 May 2024 – 5.
