First prize goes to Peevees Model School magazine

Peevees Model School, Nilambur won the CBSE District School Magazine Competition organized by Malappuram Central Sahodaya. The school magazine named Meraki will now represent Malappuram district in the state level competition.

Floraison, the magazine of Nažath English Medium School, Karuvarakundu, won the second prize, while Noubahar, the magazine of Khadija English Medium School, Manjeri, secured the third prize.

The objective of the competition was to showcase the creative and literary talent of the students of CBSE schools in the district. The judges evaluated the magazines in terms of content, editorial quality, topic relevance and design.

Meraki was based on the theme of school life and featured the friendships and memories of the students. The editorial team was led by staff editor Binu PK and student editor Swathi Shankar.

Floraison explored the impact of technology on human life through the theme “AI and Us”. Editor-in-Chief Remsheena and Student Editor Nishal NK ran the magazine.

Noubahar focused on values ​​and morality and featured writings on values ​​in personal and social life. The team was led by Editor-in-Chief Mohammedali and Student Editors Mohammed Haneem K. and Fathima Fousan UT.
