The anti -corruption court in the Thiruvananthapurama will explore the truth of the vigilance and the anti -corruption office (VACB) by the question that its preliminary anti -ontal investigation against another CEO (ADGP) revealed any CZK -Crime criminal that was guilty.
VACB submitted a legally questioned report to the Commissioner for Investigation and Special Judge Thiruvananthapurama, MV Raj Kumara, on Monday on Monday until the chairman of the official.
The attitude of the petitioner
The dispute for the public interest caused the intervention of the court. The petitioner protested against the VACB “to keep the court in the dark regarding his finding” and “submit a preliminary report on the investigation under the wrap”, which later accepted the “doubtful” findings of the agency. The controversial parties demanded a proper trial and judicial supervision of the actions of VACB.
VACB raised objections to the public to access the investigation report because Mr. Ajith Kumar was the victim of a media witch. The Court said the case would be heard again on 27 May.
Undertones
The controversy focused around Mr. Ajith Kumar had strong political undertones. In 2024, it broke out when PV Anvar, then the independent LDF lawmaker from Nilambur in Malappuram, organized a number of press conferences against the officer and his alleged supporters in the main minister’s office (CMO).
Among the other accusations, Mr. Anvar accused Mr. Ajith Kumar of profiting from the “impersonal” smuggled gold mutual mutual mutual golden section of the loyal to him in northern Kerala and illegally accumulates wealth. LDF interrupted links with Mr. Anvar, the once impressive frontline defender Mr. Vijayan in the assembly, which led to his resignation as MLA and the subsequent political Dalliance with the opposition united by the Democratic Front led by Congress (UDF).
