India will start on Sunday (18 May 2025) from space material in the satellite satellite, increasing its supervisory skills from space under all weather conditions.
Delegation of legislators, which are part of the Parliamentary Permanent Committee for Science and Technology, is scheduled to open the satellite EOS-09 aboard ISRO Warhorse rocket polar starting vehicle (PSLV) at 5:59 am on 18 May, officials said.
EOS-09, equipped with a synthetic radar of c-aperture, will be able to capture images of the Earth with high resolution under all weather conditions, day or night.
This weather, continuous display of hours is essential for applications, from monitoring agriculture and forestry to disaster management, urban planning and national security.
The EOS-09 satellite, weighing around 1,710 kg, joins the growing constellation of assets to observe the Earth in India and will deal with the need for widespread coverage in real time on the large territory of the country.
More than two dozen members of the parliament are expected to witness the commencement of the event at the invitation of the Ministry of the Universe. Then the evening will continue towards Tirupati and visit an important scientific and technology institute.
