Virat Kohli’s reaction from the dug-out became one of the talking points of the night after Rajat Patidar hit a stunning six in Royal Challengers Bengaluru Qualifier One against Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League in Dharamsala on Tuesday.Patidar reached his fifty in 21 balls when he bowled Kagiso Rabada in the 17th over for 6. On the very next ball, he produced one of the shots of the innings. Rabada bowled a good length outside off but Patidar stayed behind and hit another six over cover. Kohli, who was watching from the dugout, looked surprised at the quality of the shot and his reaction quickly went viral.RCB captain Patidar remained unbeaten on 93 off 33 balls, hitting five fours and nine sixes as RCB posted 254/5. He also took 28 runs off the bowling of left arm pacer Kulwant Khejroliya.Kohli and Krunal Pandya added 43 runs each.Patidar changed the game with his knock after surviving two dropped catches. RCB scored 114 runs in the last six overs.The innings started quickly as Venkatesh Iyer attacked Mohammed Siraj with three early boundaries. He made 19 before being dismissed by Rabada after being hit for a six.Rabada also troubled Kohli with pace and bounce, but the former RCB captain still scored a brisk 43.
