The Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) died of a heart attack while he was on duty, on Tuesday in the district of Annamayya in Rayachni, Tuesday.
The deceased, Ramacandra (43), drove the bus from Rajamplet to Rayachoti and had breakfast after parking. He went to the second floor to get water where he collapsed and died of a heart attack. Mr. Ramacandra comes from the village of the field in Rajamplet Mandal and was survived by his wife, son and daughter.
Minister of Transport M. Ramprasad Reddy expressed his condolences over the death of the driver and secured government support for the family.
