
Former Australian captain Aaron Finch said that Chennai Super Kings (CSK) should focus on investing in young people who in the future in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Super Kings are five times the champions but have become The first team to be eliminated from edition 2025.
They started with victory over the Indians in Mumbai (Mi), but since then they have lost eight out of nine matches. CSK disappears directly down the bottom of the table with four points and a net speed of -1.211. Super Kings walked like Shaik Rasheed, Ayush Mhatre and Dewlad Brevis, but they couldn’t get into the play -off.
Finch, who led Australia to fame in the men’s World Cup T20 2021, said that Super Kings would play in pride while trying to spoil the party of other teams in the race to qualify for play -offs.
“Yeah, I think they were really open and honest about where their group was at the moment – trying to gather as much information about the current group of players and young people who passed. Brevis brought to the side and examines how to use Shivam Dube more effectively.
“As I said earlier, at this stage you can really be proud of trying to disrupt other teams. For me they have to stick to young people – they go too far to come back now. Just play pride,” Finch added.
Super Kings will be against Rajat Patidar’s Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Saturday 3rd May at the Stadium M Chinnaswamy in Bengalur. It is the first time in the history of IPL, which CSK will not have in Play -OPL IPL in two seasons on trot.
