
The Mandya district has shown a remarkable improvement in the SSLC test results announced on Friday, while Chamarajanagar’s performance further fallen and pushed it in the state ranking. Kodag, despite maintaining a strong percentage of passage, slipped one position compared to the previous year.
Mandya secured the 12th position between districts with a percentage of 69.27. Of the 19,453 students who appeared on the exam, 13,476 passed. The district has improved significantly and moved from the 19th place in 2024.
The main highlight of the district is Dhruthi J., a student from Sahukar SK Chikkanna Gowda English Medium School in KR PET, who scored the perfect 625 out of 625 and placed it among the best shooter in the state.
Kodagu recorded an impressive passage level of 82.2% and placed it on 5. According to official data, 4,225 out of 5,142 students who appeared have cleared the exam.
Chamarajanagar, on the other hand, fell and dropped to the 27th position in the state ranking of the 24th year. The district recorded 61.45 percent, with 6 605 out of 10,749 students.
