Begarura Habba and International Indian Film Awards (IF) will take place in Begar in December 2025 or January 2026, announced on Friday by the main Minister DK Shivakura.
After meeting with representatives of Bengalur Habba and IIFA, Mr. Shivakumar said: “We discussed the organizers about the Bengalur Habba and IIFA awards in Bengalur in December or January.
The Minister said he asked the organizers to organize events in these months because Dasar celebrations would be in the state in October.
He added: “IIFA also had a fashion show in the edition of Telangan, but we do not include it here. During the last few years, Sandalwood has achieved more height than Bollywood. We would like to support this industry by organizing such events.”
“It is a good opportunity to show our culture to international guests. The organizers were of the opinion that Bengaluru was the best place for such events except bombai,” he said.
