Youth stabbed to death over personal enmity in Kalaburagi

A 26-year-old youth was brutally stabbed in Ramanagar locality of Kalaburagi town on Friday evening.

The deceased was identified as Vijaykumar Baburao, a resident of Ramanagar in the city.

According to preliminary reports, the motive for the act is personal enmity. The accused, identified as Ravi, allegedly attacked Vijaykumar with a knife and inflicted grievous injuries on him which led to his death on the spot.

Police officers from Station Bazaar police station visited the spot to conduct an inspection and register a case. A search operation is underway to track down the absconding accused.
