
Terrorist attack PAHALGAM: On Friday, the Supreme Court ordered the authorities to refrain from taking coercive measures, including deportation to Pakistan, against six family members accused of exceeding their visa until their identity documents, as stated by the PTI.

Individuals, originally from Kashmir, have a son working in Bengalur. As a result of the terrorist attack of Pahalgam, it faces a possible deportation that claimed 26 lives, PTI reported.
Note the humanitarian aspect of the case, the bench involving Judge Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh allowed the family to seek relief from the High Court Jammu and Kashmir, if they are dissatisfied with the result of the identification verification process, PTI reported.
The Supreme Court listened to the petition filed by Ahmed Tarek Butt and his five family members who claimed that they were detained and transported to the Wagah border for deportation in Pakistan, although they held valid Indian documents.

The bench noted that, as a result of a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the center of April 25 issued an announcement on the visas of Pakistani nationals with certain exceptions stated in the order and set a specific time plan for their deportation.
Formerly on Wednesday, India flew a total of 125 Pakistani nationals across the Attari-Wagah border, which brought the total number of Pakistani to 911 last week.
The Supreme Court heard a petition filed by Ahmed Tarek Butt and his five family members who claimed that they were detained and transported to the Wagah border for deportation to Pakistan.
On the other hand, 152 Indian nationals and 73 Pakistani nationals with long -term Indian visas entered India through the same border point in Amritsar in Pandjab. This brings the total number of such contributions to 1,617 for Indian nationals and 224 for Pakistani nationals.
