SFI, KSU claim victory in Ernakulam polytechnic union elections

The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) and the Kerala Students’ Union on Friday (September 18, 2026) claimed an impressive performance in the union elections held in five polytechnics in Ernakulam.

SFI claimed victory at Government Polytechnic College, Kalamassery; Government Polytechnic, Kothamangalam; Government Polytechnic College, Perumbavoor; and Jai Bharat Polytechnic College, Perumbavoor.

The KSU claimed to have won the elections held at the Government Polytechnic for Women, Kalamassery, and occupied the chairperson post at the Government Polytechnic, Kothamangalam.
