185 patients benefited from AU’s free Ayurvedic medical camp

Andhra University’s Department of Yoga and Consciousness organized a free Ayurvedic medical camp on Thursday, which was attended by 185 patients.

The camp was held from 9 am to 2 pm to provide health services to the public. Dr. Harikrishna, Dr. Ravi Kumar and Dr. Shankar Prasad along with his staff examined the patients and gave medical advice. Medicines prescribed by doctors were distributed free of charge.

K. Ramesh Babu, Head of Yoga and Consciousness Department and Dr. Tulasi Rao, Naturopathic Doctor attended the camp and thanked the doctors and support staff for providing medical services.

Mr. Ramesh Babu congratulated R. Gopala Krishna, Director, AYUSH Department, for launching the free medical services programme.
