BJP, TDP celebrate PM Modi’s birthday

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday, a blood donation camp was organized at Bharatiya Janata Party office under the leadership of East Constituency In-charge Komara Raviraj.

Inaugurating the camp, BJP Visakhapatnam District President Parashurama Raju said that in response to the call of state president PVN Madhav, various programs are being conducted across the state. Noting that Vishwakarma Jayanti celebrations were held in all the wards of Visakhapatnam in the morning, he added that the statewide target is to collect around 25,000 units of blood through organized donation camps.

Meanwhile, an ‘Ashirvada Deepam’ (Blessing Lamp) program was held at Vinayaka Chavithi temples and pandals at 7 pm to pray and express gratitude for the great leader who is shaping the lives of the nation.

The event was attended by State Secretary Sujatha Raj, ST Morcha State General Secretary Muralimohan Raju, District Media Convener Koteswara Rao and a large number of party leaders and workers.

Mr. Narendra Modi’s birthday was also celebrated at the TDP Visakhapatnam office where MP M. Sribharat and District Election Observer Mohammed Ahmed Shareef cut the cake together.

Speaking on the occasion, the MP said that Narendra Modi’s commitment to public service, discipline, dedication and tireless hard work continue to inspire people across the country. He said Mr. Modi’s long journey in public life, including serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for three consecutive terms and as the Prime Minister of India for three consecutive terms, reflected his commitment to serving the people.

Sribharat said the prime minister’s disciplined lifestyle, emphasis on yoga and focus on health and fitness contributed to his ability to maintain a demanding schedule. His ability to work with sustained focus and dedication to the development of the country serves as an inspiration, especially to the youth, he added.

He emphasized the importance of the Centre’s support for Visakhapatnam and various infrastructure initiatives and said that these investments are important for the long-term growth and development of the state.

He said the Centre’s support for major infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh, including the Bhogapuram International Airport, will help boost connectivity and create an environment conducive to economic growth.
