The justice of Nagesh Bheemapak of the Supreme Court in Telangana on Monday imposed costs of 20,000 GBP per 17 people who filed a written petition that sought to re -evaluate their responses to group scripts and network services.
The judge ordered the registrar to the (court) HC to initiate the prosecution against the petitioners for the false deposition of the oath of stamps obtained by one candidate during the exam. The costs should be paid to the courts and personal secretaries of the Association of Honorary Judges, the judge said.
The petitioners argued that the evaluation of responses to the Group I examinations was distorted, opaque and procedurally defective. The petitioners who claimed that such assessments were violating articles 14, 16 and 21 institutions have asked the bench to instruct the TELANGANA public service to reconsider network documents.
In order to justify their demands, they mentioned in the petition that one candidate with a ticket for Hall no. 240920176 originally received 329.5 stamps, but the same was reduced to 192.5 stamps after re -evaluation/release. Permanent advisor TGPSC RajashEkhar reported the bench that the candidate with the number ticket number was not among the petitioners.
The candidate with the number of the tickets listed in the hall was not approached by HC, who complained of reducing brands. He did not complain with Tgpsc either. It was unlikely that such irregularity would not dispute the candidate, said candidate Rajashekhar.
The judge noted that the petitioners had submitted a devised document and turned out falsely on the basis of such a document. The truth for production would eventually find out after a proper question, the judge said.
