Telangana Ministry offers support to late BRS leader’s family

Social Affairs Minister Adluri Laxman called the family of BRS leader Simhachalam Jagan and provided financial assistance of ₹50,000 to the family.

Social Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar on Monday (September 14, 2026) put aside political differences and came to the aid of the family of former Bharat Rashtra Samiti leader who died recently.

The minister visited the residence of former BRS mandal president Simhachalam Jagan on Monday (September 14, 2026) when he learned that his family was in distress. He provided financial assistance of ₹50,000 to the bereaved family and assured Jagan’s wife Pallavi that outsourcing work would be facilitated to help the family regain some financial stability.

Jagan was actively associated with the BRS and served as its former Mandal President in Endapally. He worked under the leadership of a former minister and actively participated in the organizational activities of the party. He also campaigned for the BRS candidate during the 2023 parliamentary elections.
