DRI seized 362 tonnes of dates originating in Pakistan routed through UAE | Today’s news

The seizure of 13 containers of dates imported by a Bombay firm took place at the container freight station at Ambad in Nashik following specific intelligence inputs, the finance ministry said in a statement on Monday. The goods arrived from Jebel Ali, UAE, with import documents declaring the UAE as the country of origin.
