NLCIL hands over four electric vehicles to Auroville

NLC India Limited (NLCIL) on Saturday handed over four electric vehicles to Auroville Foundation as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative with an expenditure of ₹21,000 crore.

According to a press release, the vehicles were intended to facilitate sustainable internal transportation for both Auroville residents and guests.

Auroville Foundation Secretary Jayanti S. Ravi, NLCIL Director Suresh Chandra Suman, Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament S. Selvaganabathy and Sri Aurobindo Center for Advanced Research (SACAR) Director V. Ananda Reddy were present.
