Harshal patel revealed how Mrs. Dhoni’s release was rendered when Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) locked the corners with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 at Ma Chidambarama. It was also the fourth time that Harshal rejected Dhoni in the T20s. Only Pragyan Ojha (6) and Zahreer Khan (7) released Dhoni several times.
Harshal bowed to the delivery outside and slightly short. Dhoni attempted a shot, but eventually placed it directly on Fielder Abhishek Sharma at a backward point. Speedster was happy after his variation against Dhoni gave him results.

“I tried to mix the length, not necessarily wide, but it was just one of those variations where you would try what you try, but quite happy that the ball went to Fielder,” Harshal said in the ceremony after the match.
