The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will re -launch works on the construction of the capital Amaravati and includes five towers coming into the integrated Government Complex of Amaravati in Palavag.
The General Administration Department (GAD), the state secretariat Andhra Pradesh and the head of the department (hour) will be located in five towers.
The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has already invited offers in three packages for the construction of five towers.
It is estimated that the GAD tower costs CRORE 844 GBP. While the costs of towers 1 and 2 are set at 1,423 GBP, the cost of towers 3 and 4 is estimated at 1,247 crore.
These buildings are designed to coexist the authorities and the secretariat (around 145 departments) to bring the effectiveness of their functioning. They will have office space, various equipment and parking in the basement.
The proposed buildings of the secretariat and throw will have sufficient office space (chambers, open offices, etc.), conference facilities, stages and joint equipment for employees.
According to the documents provided by APCRDA, the basement of the basement + ground + 39 floors will have, while the GAD tower, the highest in the southwest, will have B + G + 49 floors. The total area of the space is 32 acres. Each floor has an area of 2,209 m2 and a carpet or floor area of 1,200 square m. M. The tower together will have a built -up area of approximately 4,85,000 m2.
Parking is designed in the basement of each tower in approximately 1,05,000 m2. The entire “accumulation of buildings” extends over 900 meters in length and width of 139 meters, as distributed on both sides of the Palavaga.
“Places of the tower and the accumulation of buildings were completed with regard to the building and symmetry of legislators, with two towers in the north and three towers in the south of Palavaga,” according to the plan of the construction.
Three packages
The design of the integrated complex is proposed to be performed in two phases – structure and service and interiors.
The first phase is assumed that it will be performed in three packages to quickly complete the project. The GAD tower and the corresponding blocks and basements are designed to be made in the I Package I. Two more towers in the south of Palavaga and the corresponding blocks and basements are designed to be carried out in Package II. Two towers north of Palavaga and matching blocks and basements are designed in Package III.
The bidding proceedings were invited to carry out structural work, blocks from the civic choir, nurses and basements, foundations of rafts, waterproofing, floor floors and other works.
