Nayudamma Memorial Award for Founder Amara Raja Group

Former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu presents ‘Padma Shri Dr. Yelavarthy Nayudamma Memorial Award 2026 was conferred on industrialist Galla Ramachandra Naidu at a function organized in Tenali on Thursday.

Renowned industrialist and Founder-Chairman of Tirupati-based Amara Raja Group Galla Ramachandra Naidu has received the prestigious ‘Padma Shri Dr. Yelavarthy Nayudamma Memorial Award 2026’, awarded under the patronage of Dr. Yelavarthy Nayudamma Science & Technology Foundation, headed by Chairman Babhau Yahadlapati Raghu.

The award, which is presented annually on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of the renowned scientist Dr. Nayudammy awards important personalities, this year Dr. Galla Ramachandra Naidu in recognition of his outstanding services in various fields including industry, education, health, skill development, rural development and social services.

Presenting the award at a program held in Tenali on Thursday, former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu appreciated the organizers for upholding the ideals of Dr. Nayudammy and congratulated Dr. Ramachandra Naidu Galla for contributing to the industrial development of the region.
