Measures determined according to the Cabinet Committee for Safety
1) The 1960 Indus Waters Agreement will take place with immediate effect until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably contains its support for cross -border terrorism.
2) The Attari Integrated Control Post will be immediately closed. Those who have crossed with valid confirmations can return in this way to 1 May 2025.
3) Pakistani nationals will not be allowed to travel to India as part of the Saarc Visa EMPEMPTE Scheme visa. Any visa issued in the past by Pakistani nationals is considered to be abolished. Each Pakistani national, who is currently in India as part of Visa Sve, has 48 hours to leave India.
4) Defense/military, naval and air advisors in the Pakistani High Commission in Nový Delhi are declared non grata personality. Have a week to leave India. India will download its own defense/navy/air advisor from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad. These posts in the relevant high commissions are considered canceled. Five support staff will also be downloaded from both high commissions.
6) Another reduction, which is to be made until 1 May 2025, will reduce the total force of high commissions to 30 of the current 55.
