
In great development, the Thelangan government issued an order allowing 100% of employees’ transfers in the Rural Poverty Remove (SERP). This decision, in accordance with the Presidential Order 2018, will benefit 3,974 SERP employees who have held the same contributions for ten years.
The TELANGANA public employment order (organization of local cadres and direct recruitment), 2018, ordered that the government organized classes of jobs in civil services and classes of civilian sites under the state in different local cadres for different parts of the state. Furthermore, instructions have been issued to ensure similar reservations in favor of local candidates in direct nails concerning companies, corporations, companies and other institutions under the state control.
Subsequently, the CEO of SERP introduced a proposal for the organization of local cadres in SERP in accordance with the provisions pursuant to paragraph 3 in Telangana’s public employment of the organization of local cadres and regulation of direct recruitment orders, 2018. neighboring multi-residents. However, some categories of contributions at the SERP headquarters, including administrative assistants/secretaries of projects, drivers and subordinate offices (OAS), are exempt from this organization.
The CEO also asked the government for 100% transfers of all employees of the category, because there is no restriction in the HR policy of SERP employees, and government orders relating to transfers are not covered because Serp is a company.
On the basis of the proposal, the Government granted permission (GO RR 250 of 17 April 2025) to the CEO, SERP to take 100% transfers in all categories of SERP employees, including field employees L1, L2, L4 and L5 cadres and support employees and MSCC.
