Trolleybus rammed into 10 vehicles in Madhapur, seven injured

Seven people were injured after a trolleybus, allegedly on its way, rammed into an Activa and other vehicles near Gate No. 3 of Capital Land on Inorbit Mall Road in Madhapur on Saturday evening.

The accident happened on September 5 at around 10:30 p.m. According to the Madhapur police, Anil Kumar Arolla was driving the trolley with registration number TS34TB2353 when it collided with the Activa and other vehicles traveling in front of it.

A total of 10 vehicles were involved in the accident and several of them were damaged. Seven people were injured and taken to hospital for treatment. Police said none of the injured were life-threatening.

Acting on the complaint, the Madhapur police registered a case under Section 125(a) and 281 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and served a notice on Anil Kumar Arolla. Further investigation is underway.
