
Pakistan admitted that he rejected the Indian National National Kulbhushan Jadhav’s right to appeal after the judgment of the International Court (ICJ) in 2019. The lawyer of the Ministry of Defense Khawaja Ahmed reported that Hrabhushan Jadhav was not allowed to appeal.
In June 2019, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) decided in favor of India and followed the right of Kulbhushan Jadhava to a consular approach and directed Pakistan to review and consider his conviction and death sentence.
The Ministry of Defense, which mentioned the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, said the Supreme Court’s constitutional bench over arguments that claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav was granted the right to appeal, but other Pakistani citizens were not for their violence 2023 after the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

In April 2017, Pakistani court was sentenced to death for spy charges. Pakistan claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav was a spy for the research and analysis of the wing (Ra & W)
India moved the international court and ordered Pakistan to suspend the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhava. Since then, Pakistan has allowed only one consular approach to Indian national.
