Directorate for recovery (ED), Kolkata, has seized the attached real estate worth 30 CRORE, of which 60 hotel rooms and unoccupied soil in Seven Hills Pamban Island Resort, Ramesware, in the case of M/s. TM traders and m/s. KK Traders (TP Global FX), according to the Act on Prevention of Money Wash (PMLA).
Ed launched an investigation by the company registered by the Kalkata Police against the TP Global FX in various sections of the Indian Criminal Code 1860. The Indian Reserve Bank (RBI) said the TP Global FX website was not registered with Forex trading.
The ED survey revealed that Pig Das, Tushar Patel and Shailesh Kumar Pandey organized sophisticated fraud by using manifestations to attract investors in a fraudulent scheme, promising them high revenues from investing in Forex through TP Global FX. In addition, directors and promoters IX Global, namely Viraj Suhas Patil and Joseph Martinez, promoted TP Global FX as their preferred brokers. Members and users of IX Global hired TP Global FX brokerage services for Forex trading.
Funds collected from investors were diverted to buy personal assets in the names of Tushar Patel and his collaborators. This was achieved by complicated methods, including the improvement of money through fictitious accounts and involving the services of full -fledged money inverters (FFMC). Ed arrested Shailesh Kumar Pandey, Prasenjit Das and Viraj Suhas Patil and confiscated/frozen/connected assets worth 270 crore, including cash, real estate, office space, land, vehicles, cryptometers and bank balances.
Two complaints about complaints about the complaints of a special court for PMLA, Calcutta complaints were submitted for against the arrested persons. The court realized the offense of money laundering.
