An IndiGo Doha-Bengaluru flight was diverted to Muscat after the pilot fell ill

An IndiGo flight from Doha to Bengaluru was diverted to Muscat early on Thursday (September 3, 2026) after one of the pilots fell ill and required medical attention.
Flight 6E 1302 took off from Doha at 02:19 and landed in Muscat at 05:30 local time.
“IndiGo Flight 6E 1302, which was flying from Doha to Bengaluru on September 3, 2026, was diverted to Muscat due to the urgent need for medical attention of one of the crew members,” the airline said.
The crew member was treated by the medical team after landing and is now feeling better, the IndiGo statement added.
A replacement aircraft and new crew were arranged for the onward journey to Bengaluru.
