Christian leader slams Vijaysai Reddy’s remarks on ‘forced conversions’

Vizianagaram South Indian Baptist Association founder RS ​​John strongly condemned the reported comments of former Rajya Sabha member V. Vijaysai Reddy, who claimed that many people were forcibly converted to Christianity during the regime of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Mr. John told the media here that there is no need for any Christian organization to indulge in such activities and no organization would work for any particular political party.

Mr. John asked Mr. Vijaysai Reddy to apologize to the Christian community for his alleged remarks. He also added that Mr. Vijaysai Reddy made such allegations of political mileage before forming a new political party in the state.

Mr. John also urged Praja Shanti Party President KA Paul to withdraw his derogatory comments against AP Legislative Council Opposition Leader Bots Satyanarayan as the latter was a respected political leader in the state.
