Ugadi Vasantha Sambrama, the unique Fusion Fest of Karnataka Music, Food and Culture, was organized by the Minister of Income by Krishna Byregowda in the Sahakaranagar Lanice on Sunday to mark the Ugadi announcement.
The all -day event represented Karunad Swado, a celebration of the rich culinary legacy of Karnataka, through which MTR food has brought various forgotten recipes and regional delicacies to the forefront.
This event also saw that Bhaava Dhaare, the portrayal of Kannada songs, known artists such as MD Pallavi, Vinay Nadig, Pradeep, Supriya Achary and Yogi Sunitha. The event also represented dance, drawing, traditional dress and cooking.
On this occasion, Mr. Krishna Byregowda said that Ugadi, which means the beginning of the traditional New Year, should be meaningfully announced by the celebration of the cultural heritage.
