What to Expect:

You can start with us on April 21, or jump in whenever you’re ready! The goal is to complete 10 workouts in 14 days, incorporate daily wellness tips, and discover what works best for your lifestyle. My mission is to help you feel energized, motivated, and ready to take charge of your well-being.
How to Prepare for Success:
Gather your essentials for a successful challenge!
1) Notebook or Tracking App
I’m old-school and love writing down my workouts and daily reflections. Find what works for you—whether it’s a notebook or apps like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer—and start tracking your meals, exercise, water intake, and how you’re feeling each day.
2) Dumbbells
The workouts will use bodyweight and dumbbells, making them easy to do anytime, anywhere. Beginners should start with 3-5 lb weights, intermediates with 8-15 lbs, and advanced participants with 15+ lbs. Consider investing in a light and heavy set for variety.
3) A Large Water Bottle
Hydration is key! Find a water bottle you love and keep it with you everywhere you go.
4) Good Sneakers
