CRDA allots 7.97 acres to St. John’s International School. Mary in Amaravati

Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has allotted 7.97 acres of land in Thulluru village to St. Education Society. Mary’s, registered in 1981, to establish Sancta Maria International School at Amaravati.
The land has been allotted on a freehold basis as per the Amaravati Land Allotment Rules and Regulations, 2017, each acre being priced at ₹50,000. The total cost of the plot is ₹3.99 crore.
The project has been included in the social development objective and is expected to strengthen the educational ecosystem of Amaravati by providing quality education and international education opportunities to the students there.
The APCRDA says the proposed international school will add high-quality social infrastructure and enhance the attractiveness of Amaravati as an educational destination and support its development as a world-class capital region.
