A KSRTC driver has been suspended for a defamatory post against Kerala Chief Minister VD Satheesan

A Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) driver has been suspended from service for posting defamatory content on Facebook against Chief Minister VD Satheesan and for morphing and spreading his image in a defamatory manner.

The company has initiated disciplinary proceedings against S. Sunilkumar, a driver attached to KSRTC’s Nedumkandam unit in Idukki. It is learned that the police are likely to file a criminal complaint against him under the IT Act in connection with the incident. Currently, further investigation is underway with the help of the cyber cell.
