The question of the WAQF Act raised noisy scenes on Wednesday (April 9, 2025) on the third consecutive day in the Assembly of Jamm and Kashmir, while the ruling national conferences (NC) and regional parties were looking for debate and BJP against the same.
The dissolution broke out when several NC MLA was standing and looking for a discussion of the law on the final day of the 21 -day Assembly. The protest, the BJP had the house of the house and organized a sit-in. Rahim rather postponed the house of Sine Die, because the protests with a high back could not retreat.

“The biggest problem for Muslims is not roads or electricity. These are mosques, faith, Islam, shrine and graves. Fifty Muslim MLA cannot withstand unified to approve the resolution against the WAQF change law.
Nc is under the attack
The President of the J&K Peoples Conference and Mla Sajad Lone accused the NC of the “theater”. “J&K is the only region of the Muslim majority in the country. From there it should be a strong message. History will judge them hard (NC) if they cannot observe the dignity of such matters. The words and actions of the NC are clearly different,” Mr. Lone said.
The leader of the opposition and BJP MLA Sunil Sharma accused the NC of “attempt to protect his relatives and workers who interfered with the country WAQF”.
“NC is least concerned about the WAQF law. It seeks to distract because the party wants to protect its relatives and workers who interfered with the countries. It is a land jihad,” Sharma said.
During the 21 -day meeting, three government accounts were received by the house and subsequently passed. A thirty -three private member accounts were also admitted and included in the business.
