The US House of Representatives led by Republicans voted on Wednesday to limit the authority of judges to issue nationwide orders blocking government policy after the decision of the US President Donald Trump’s goal.
It is known that the Rogue Decisions Act is the highest priority of the best Republican legislators after several judges issued orders against Trump’s executive orders. According to Reuters from the press agency Reuters, the house voted 219-213.
The bill will now go to the Senate, where it must provide 60 votes to become a law. However, the Republicans have a majority of 53-57 in the Chamber, where a similar law limits the powers of court orders.
Over the past two decades, there has been an increase in the orders of judges against the politicians of the Republican and democratic administration and have promoted both parties over the reform over the years.
The latest bill was presented after the judges questioned Trump’s executive orders in more than 170 cases and described them as illegal or unconstitutional.
“Since President Trump returned to office, left -wing activists have worked with ideological judges trying to discuss their cases and armed on national orders to stop dozens of legal actions and initiatives,” US deputy Darrell Issa, the main Republican sponsors.
What is the law on the government without dishonest?
According to the bill, the scope of judgments will be limited to specific parties, while in the case of court disputes on class action, nationwide orders could still be issued. In cases where two or more states are involved, a random panel of three judges will be set up, whose decision could be recalled directly to the US Supreme Court.
“No the only activist judge should be able to issue a nationwide court order to stop the President’s policy,” said Republican spokesman Johnson, who spoke to FOX News Hannita before the vote. “This is not the way Framers intended to work, and we will put them back for check.”
Democrats criticize the bill
However, the Democrats criticized the bill and called it an attempt to secure judges who cannot block any unlawful executive order that Trump has accepted.
“The whole idea of suddenly blocking nationwide orders, because Donald Trump loses every day in court, defeats the whole concept of the rule of law,” said Jamie Raskin, the Supreme Democrats at the Domestic Committee.
If the bill became law, it would prevent judges in Washington, Massachusetts and Maryland in issuing national orders that, according to Raskin, blocked Trump’s “obviously unconstitutional” attempt to reduce US citizenship in the US.
Trump’s administration comes from support
Trump’s administration welcomed the majority support in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, and the US Ministry spokesman claimed to “strengthen the department of powers”.
“This Ministry of Justice has strongly prevented President Trump’s policy and will do so whenever it is in question at the Federal Court of the Federal Judges who think they can control the executive powers of the President,” the spokeswoman said.
