New Delhi:Delhi’s court remained on Wednesday, April 21, an order for another probe against Minister of Law Kapil Mishhra for his alleged role in February 2020.
The special judge of Kaneri Baweja remained an order after Mishhra moved the court with a reason against the judgment for the highway.
The court also issued a notice to the complainant to Mohammad Ilyas, whose action was ordered by the judge and asked him to answer until 21 April.
Another main court judge VAIBHAV Chaurasia 1. April “Prima facie” found a recognizable crime against a miseria requiring further investigation.
“It is obvious that Mishhra was in the area at the time of alleged offense … requires another probe,” the judge said.
Police in Delhi opposed Ilyas’ request that Mishhra had no role in riots.
Protests over the right of citizenship
Violence broke out in northeast Delhi 24 February 2020 after protests against citizenship right and left 53 dead and several injured.
The police reported the judge that the “plan” was “hatched to move Mishhra’s blame”.
The role of Mishhra has already been examined in a greater conspiracy for unrest, he added.
“The DPSG (Delhi Protest Support Group) shows that The Chakka Jams was scheduled in advance, on February 15 and February 17, 2020. The police investigation revealed that he was hatched to move to Misria,” he added.
Ilyas was looking for companies against Misria, then Sho Dayalpur and five others, including BJP MLA Mohan Singh Singh Bishht and former BJP MLA Jagdish Pradhan and Satpal Sansad.
