Former DRDO Chairman Satheesh Reddy awarded ‘Changemaker-2026’
Former DRDO chairman and National Security Advisory Committee member G. Satheesh Reddy said on Sunday that India is no longer dependent on developed countries for critical military technology.
After receiving the EMESCO-Dr BV Pattabhiram ‘Changemaker-2026’ award from actor-politician Chiranjeevi at a function held here, Mr Reddy paid tribute to the contributions of thousands of scientists, from Suri Bhagavantam to APJ Abdul Kalam, who have worked to strengthen India’s scientific capabilities.
D. Vijayakumar, Managing Director, EMESCO Books, said Pattabhiram has worked extensively for the welfare of students and youth through guidance and guidance. He said that Mr. Reddy also inspires the youth across the country through lectures, talks and symposiums organized under the banner of the Kalam Institute of Youth Excellence.
Mr. Chiranjeevi recalled Pattabhiram’s contributions as a magician, student counselor and family counselor. A Telugu pamphlet titled ‘Okadu Satheesh Reddy’ profiling Mr. Reddy was also released on the occasion.
