
Rajyogini Dadi Ratanmohini, head of prajapita Brahma kumaris ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, died in a hospital in Ahmedabad on Tuesday at the age of 101. Her intention was widely mourned through political and spiritual circles, pouring out of PM Modi Shah.
On Tuesday, her body was brought to the headquarters of the organization on Abu Road for the final Darshan, with Kremace scheduled for April 10.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid the shining honors of Dadi Ratanmohini and described it as a “lighthouse of light, wisdom and compassion”, whose life was rooted in deep faith, simplicity and unwavering commitment to service.
Modi acknowledged its excellent leadership of the Global Brahm Kumaris movement and recorded its humility, patience and kindness as defining features.
“Dadi Ratan Mohini had a towering spiritual presence. She will remember her as a lighthouse of light, wisdom and compassion. Her way of life, rooted in deep faith, simplicity and unwavering determination to service, will be motivated by several people when they come.
The Minister of the Interior of the Union Amit Shah also expressed his sadness and emphasized her lifelong devotion to spiritual confidence and its ability to inspire millions around the world through its wisdom and compassion.

Dadi Ratanmohini was born on March 25, 1925 in Hyderabad in Sindh (now in Pakistan) and has been attracted to spirituality from an early age. She joined Brahm Kumaris at the age of 13 and played a key role in shaping the institution for decades. Her contributions included mentoring of young women in spiritual practice and expanding the reach of the organization, mentioning the ooficial website.

Dadi Ratanmohini was committed to a number of Padayatras to promote Indian culture and values, walking over 70,000 kilometers during her life. Its determination has expanded to training more than 46,000 nurses in 4,600 service centers in India. Even in her later years, she remained active in spiritual service until the last days of her life.
