Former MLA from Kozhikode North A. Pradeepkumar was selected for the honorary community of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA). During the IIA National Council meeting, it will be honored in Bhopal 11 April.
Mr. Pradeepkumar is probably the first politician – and the first person in any category – from Kerala, which is to be selected for the IIA honorary community. He is honored for dream projects that he brought to Kozhikode with the support of architects within IIA during his time as a MLA from Kozhikode North. The Prism project, the changes it brought to the educational sector, and the integration of architecture into the proposal were taken into account.
Several schools in the city have gained a new life as part of the Prism initiative. In addition, the self -audience on the Bhatt Road Beach and Freedom Square on the beach Kozhikode is one of the other projects he has done. The architects associated with IIA proposed these structures at no cost. Proposals for government higher secondary schools, Karaparamba, Square Freedom Square and Samudra auditors have also won several architecture awards.
