Former Bengal cricket Sreevats Goswami believes Mrs. Dhoni should not leave the Indian Premier League. Goswami on X, Goswami shared his thoughts of rumors about Dhoni’s retirement and said that while cricket fitness could disappear, Mrs. Dhoni was very alive.
Mrs. Dhoni’s legends were spreading after his parents went to the stadium Ma Chidambarama in Chennai to watch the CSK game against Delhi Capitals. Dhoni was unable to lead CSK to victory, although he remained undefeated to 30 of the 26 balls.
“IPL is more than just cricket – it is also fun, economy and large franchise business. And let’s be the real brand, the Dhoni brand is still very alive. Fans adore it not only for their cricket skills, but for the leaders it was and for deep connections with people,” Goswami said about X.

Some of the fans even caused Chepuuk’s fascination to Mrs. Dhoni. There were times when the stadium cheered after the goal fell because he knew their former captain would come out on the bat. Goswami acknowledged that CSK was partially fighting because Mrs. Dhoni is decreasing great interference. He added, however, that the team must be smart around him.
“The team is fighting only for Dhoni’s launch form? Not exactly – but maybe a little. It seems CSK lacks this finishing firepower, so maybe someone like Shivam Dube could be tested in this role?” He added.
Goswami closed a small nugget about Mrs. Dhoni. He said that players appreciated Dhoni’s views and perspectives a lot and would miss CSK Talisman much more than fans.
“The only time I had to talk to him was when Bengal played Jharkhand in the semifinals of Vijay Hazare Trophy. I clearly remember what he told me-” No one has seen a form. It’s something inside.
