On Friday, the Police Police registered a case against the Sukanth Sutesh, a colleague of the recently deceased 24 -year -old intelligence office (IB), for charges, including rape, establishing suicide and cheating.
This step comes after the police in this case claimed a legal opinion. Sukanth, a native of Edappal in Malappuram, is currently running.
According to official sources, the accused filed a foreshadowing reason before the High Court in Kerala. However, the High Court rejected his request on Friday.
The IB officer’s advisor was looking for a directive to not arrest him when his bail petition appeared to hear. The prosecutor claimed that there was a rape against him. In addition, there was evidence of choosing suicide.
“Emotional bond”
In their Sukanthsaid petition that he and the deceased shared a deep mental and emotional bond and decided to marry each other. The deceased also handed over his decision to his parents. He said he had intense emotional anxiety, mainly because of the tireless pressure of his parents. In fact, she was forced to consider an alternative marriage proposal against her will.
The petitioner firmly believed that if her death was indeed a case of suicide, it was not a voluntary act, but rather a consequence of a serious mental agony and unbearable pressure that causes coercion and opposition to it.
The victim’s family accused Sukanthof of physical and financial exploitation, which they believe she contributed to her death.
