
The Cracking UPSC exam for civil services remains a sought -after destination for many in India and the journey of Officer IAS Radhik Gupta has become an inspiration for candidates. Gupta, which cracked the UPSC Civinger Services test in 2020, comes from the neglected area of Madhya Pradesh and showed an example for others in her village. It comes from the district of Alirajpur – which has “lowest literacy in India”.
‘Mantra of success’
During the “Mantra Success Mantra” organized by the government of Madhya Pradesh Radhik – who secured the 18th rank in the state -Service test – he shared that the first attempt was assigned to Indian railways for lower ranking. But she has always dreamed of becoming an IAS officer. Determined to achieve its goal, continued their studies at work and eventually succeeded in the 2020 state service exam.
“The district I come from has the lowest level of literacy, but played a key role in shaping my personality. It has become my greatest source of inspiration. Life helped me to realize the immense value of human life. I learned a lot of important life lessons.
“Study 9-10 hours a day”
After completing her engineering title, Radhika began working in Delhi with a company company. There she realized her dream to become an IAS officer. During her work she learned about the coaching system in Rajendra Nagar. After understanding the whole curriculum, she left her work and returned to Indore for preparation.
“Since I participated in the coaching of Jee in the kitten, I have been familiar with the coaching system, so I decided to stay away from Rajendra Nagar’s coaching culture.
I studied 9-10 hours a day, watching a strict schedule and staying far from the social media. But I made sure I would play table tennis because it’s my passion. I decided to try the exam twice – if I cleaned it, great; If not, I would return to my business work. Therefore, I did not even fill any other government requests for employment, ”Radhika said.
Radhika monitored mechanical engineering from SGSITS Indore and chose anthropology as her optional UPSC test.
