
Hector-Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Kangan Ranut described the law of Waqf, who passed in Lok Sabha on Thursday, April 3, and called it “Fortunate Day” for Earth. Kangana Ranaut stressed that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the long -waiting problems in Kashmir, Arnacal Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh are finally solved.
Kangana Ranaut also claimed that the legal system can now make everyone responsibility and repeated that “no one is above the constitution.”
“We must see such a happy day. If (they do) something illegal, the legal system can now ask questions. You can see what the situation was before. Whether it is a cashmere, Arunacal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh … works that have been stuck for years.
“Our Minister of the Interior (Amit Shah), Kiren Rijija, has elaborated everything about the bill. The point of the law is that no one is over the country’s constitution,” said Kangana Ranaut.
At the beginning of Thursday, Lok Sabha was approved by the WAQF Act, 2025, after more than a 12 -hour debate that recorded the ruling NDA strongly prevents legislation as beneficial for minorities, while the opposition described it as “antimuslim”.
The bill was approved after all changes moved by the opposition members were rejected by voice votes. It was handed over after the votes were divided – 288 for and 232 against. Waqf Bill goes to Rajya Sabha
After being approved in Lok Sabha, the Minister of Minority of the Union of Kiren Rijiju submitted the WAQF Act (change) on Thursday, and claimed that the proposed legislation was not against Muslims or intended to damage their religious feelings.
He said that the bill in fact seeks to improve the functioning of WAQF, solve complexity, ensure transparency and introduce controlled management technology.
