Bollywood star Arshad Warsi has scored a massive win in real estate and has almost made a profit ₹4 crores after the sale of commercial space in the premium Lokhandwala complex in Mumbai.
According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm Liases Foras, the actor has successfully landed a business unit for ₹6.25 million crowns.
The recently landed property is strategically located in the heart of the bustling Lokhandwala Andheri West area, a vibrant epicenter where high-end residential luxury blends seamlessly with thriving commercial business, according to property documents.
A stellar return on investment
According to records, the ‘Jolly LLB’ star originally bought the property in February 2012, more than 14 years ago. The actor then got the space just like that ₹2.12 crores, the above is payable ₹10 million in stamp duty aa ₹30,000 registration fee.
Over the past decade and a half, the property has skyrocketed in value, yielding a highly lucrative return on his initial investment.
