Sinner defeated Zverev 6-7 (7), 7-6 (2), 6-3, 6-4 to successfully defend his Wimbledon crown.Sooryavanshi was accompanied by former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh and Indian opener Abhishek Sharma.Clad in a black jacket, white shirt, striped tie and sunglasses, Vaibhav grabbed attention with his sharp look while talking about Yuvraj’s influence on his career.Speaking to Star Sports, Vaibhav said meeting Yuvraj for the first time was a special moment and revealed how much he is still learning from the former India star.“He is also my idol. When I first met him, I felt very good. I talked to him a lot and he also understood me a lot. Now I will learn a lot from him and it will also be very good for me in the future (He is my idol. When I met him for the first time, it was really special. I had a lot of conversations with him and he explained a lot of things to me. It will help me a lot now and it will help me a lot from him in the future. well,” he said.

Abhishek Sharma recalls meeting Yuvraj Singh

Abhishek, who often credits Yuvraj Singh for shaping his career, said he could relate to Vaibhav’s emotions.“I feel what (Sooryavanshi) is feeling now because he (Yuvraj) was also my idol. I remember when I first met him, it was the same feeling he is experiencing right now. Obviously, this is my first time watching Wimbledon and also the final with Yuvi paaji. It’s a very special day for me,” Abhishek said.

Vaibhav also revealed that he had very little time to prepare for the event and thanked Abhishek for arranging his outfit.(I didn’t plan anything; whatever I found last minute, I asked Abhishek and he arranged it for me and I just wore it),” laughed Sooryavanshi.
